This website uses both YouTube and Mediasite to serve the videos in the modules. With that in mind and to keep things simple, if your device can play YouTube videos, it can run the content from our site too! For the best veiwing experience, please make sure of the following:
- That your device is using the most up to date version of one of the following web browsers; Google Chrome, Mozilla FireFox, Microsoft Edge, Safari or Opera.
- Your computer or mobile device has a broadband connection (YouTube recommends at least a 2.5 Mbps connection).
- That your device's operating system (OS) is up to date.
If you continue to have issues with video playback, the easiest way to ensure the issue is not on your end is to open up YouTube and checking to see if you can play content there. If not, the issue is likely a connection issue on your end.
